Managers are typically expected to work 40-45 hours per week which is why we have taken the hourly approach so that if you have to work overtime you are compensated for it.
Rates normally range from $14 - $20 based off experience.
Time in position and performance allows you to reach higher salary.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES(15%) RESPONSIBILITY #1:
Build sales to meet company goalso Focus on the following responsibilities which have an impact on meeting sales goalso Develop relationships with local communities and businesses through attending community events, sponsoring, etc.
o Develop and utilize active local store marketing(15%) RESPONSIBILITY #2:
Manage all costso Monitor and control food, labor & serviceo Use standard reports to accurately process orderso Utilize team training programs to manage raiseso Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment when possibleo Utilization of all scheduling tools available to develop weekly scheduleso Ensure proper portioning practiceso Conduct accurate inventory practices(15%) RESPONSIBILITY #3:
Enforce Safety and Security standardso Maintain in-depth knowledge of all safety and security standardso Conduct ongoing in-store briefso Communicate with other stores when safety/security issues ariseo Enforce policies and provide appropriate actions as necessaryo Report all accidents and incidents within 24 hours(15%) RESPONSIBILITY #4:
Provide excellent customer serviceo Enforce Golden Rule and the Honor Guaranteeo Strive to achieve company service goalso Appropriately staff storeso Respond to customer complaints in a quick and positive manner(10%) RESPONSIBILITY #5:
Maintain effective communication at all timeso Conduct bi-weekly or monthly team meetingso Communicate national promotions to team memberso Conduct evaluations on a timely basiso Manage information centers and bulletin boardso Build positive relationship with team members and create a fun atmosphereo Set and maintain standards for behavior and work environmento Attend all scheduled company functions and meetings(10%) RESPONSIBILITY #6:
Maintain a properly staffed storeo Communicate and drive career progression to encourage team member retentiono Use tools provided such as structured interviewing and reference checks to interview and hire appropriate staff levels and select best qualified candidateo Develop active recruiting as necessaryo Retain team members to achieve areas turnover goals(10%) RESPONSIBILITY #7:
Uphold policies and standardso Ensure adherence to all DPI standardso Utilize tools given to monitor standards such as OER, Eyes of the Customer.
o Provide a harassment free work environment and follow all Human Resources policieso Appropriately handle all disciplinary actions in a consistent manner and maintain written documentation of all disciplinary actionso Maintain clean and sanitized storeo Ensure adherence to image standards by self and team members(5%) RESPONSIBILITY #8:
Provide training to team memberso Provide cross-training for all functionso Modify training to meet individual needso Execute all existing training systems including regular review and follow-up with team memberso Act as a role model on how jobs should be completedo Ensure team member attendance to appropriate schedule training classes and workshops(5%) RESPONSIBILITY #9:
Enforce product quality standards at all timeso Maintain proper inventory levelso Monitor product expiration dateso Ensure safe handling of producto Conduct training on product qualityWe host contest, offer insurance, 401k matching, and pay out bonuses based of performance and hitting goals.
Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings Clean driving record and background check Must have access to insured vehicle Recommended Skills Communication Customer Service Defensive Driving Human Resources Preventive Maintenance Quality Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
