We are looking for a Store Manager Bench to lead all aspects of our business.
You will deliver a high-quality customer experience and manage the store to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities Manage the store and its employees to provide an exceptional customer experience Train Employees Oversee the training process Maintain sales goals and maintain sales staff Manage inventory controls Oversee receiving of merchandise Create an atmosphere that encourages people to shop while maintaining a clean store Manage cash flow and monitor expenses Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service Propose innovative ideas to increase sales volume Skills/Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail environment (1-2 years) Proven track record in creating and maintaining customer relationships Proven leadership skills with the motivation to develop and lead others l Job Type:
