Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience:- 2 years demonstrated experience managing quality programs recommended
- 3 years providing care to patients within the cardiology
- Other:
Skills, knowledge and abilities:- Ability to think logically and sequentially, understand redesign concept, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to coordinate care of the patient across the care continuum.
- Ability to develop standards, training and communicate effectively.
Mercy has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
