In tandem with reporting to the Executive Director of Quality, the Infection Control Coordinator will provide leadership for the infection control (IC) program of Mercy Ardmore. Trained in the principles of hospital epidemiology, this practitioner will be responsible for the surveillance, analysis , and reporting of infections, and the accordant development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure rigorous infection prevention and control (IPC) standards within the Hospital in compliance with state, federal , and Joint Commission standards. This practitioner will conduct training in both universal and specific infection control practices, supervise learning , and assist staff to integrate theory to practice. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: BS, BSN

Experience: 4 years of clinical experience requires by CAP
Licensure: RN with OK license
Certifications: ASCP Certification
Other: Energetic and challenged by opportunities to develop training programs and teaching materials. Passionate about infection prevention and control , committed to quality patient care and CQI. Good interpersonal , written and presentation skills and time management skills. Team leader with demonstrated ability to conduct training exercises and seminars . Enthusiasm and ability to excite and engage participants with the topic of infection control. Patient and meticulous about detail. Good statistical collation and analysis skills . Ability to work well independently and flexibly as part of a multidisciplinary team. Suitable degree of physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to work well under pressure and in adherence to tight deadlines.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
