OK Dispatch Clerk(Part-Time) Job Title: OK Dispatch Clerk (Part-Time) Department: Dot Transportation, Inc (DTI) Location: Ardmore, OK Supervision: Reports to Director of Transportation Executes work under direction or established procedures 50% of the time. Works independently setting priorities and work schedule 50% of the time. Does not supervise others. Primary Purpose: Performs clerical duties associated with the administrative department for Dot Transportation, Inc. Essential Duties: Receives, routes, and analyzes information for the department. Assists in making customer and vendor appointments and driver calls. Communicates with drivers on deliveries and pickups. Organizes necessary paperwork for drivers. Assists in router download, upload, and dispatch areas. Puts system in place to accurately track internal quality measures. Tracks and posts internal quality measures. Retrieves driver purchase order call-in information and posts in AS/400 system. Updates AS/400 system on purchase orders, ETA (Expected Time of Arrival), customer directions, and customer master data. Communicates with internal and external customers. Serves as a backup position for the Assistant Dispatcher positionOther duties as assigned Safety Responsibility: Assumes responsibility for the safe workplace actions of self and co-workers, and for the safe conditions of the work location.
Qualifications: Requirements: High School diploma or GED required, four-year college degree preferred. Excellent mathematical and reading skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Ability to work well with both internal and external customers. Basic computer skills. Strong organizational skills. Job: CorporateEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
